Roast Potatoes

Everyone loves a roast potato but when cooked in oil or goose fat they really eat into your syn allowance. These potatoes though are syn free, making the perfect partner to your Roast Dinner.
Makes As Many As You Like
Cooking Time 60  Minutes Approximately
Gas Mark 5 / 180-200

Ingredients
Potatoes Suitable for Roasting Peeled and Quartered or more if large (use however many you need for the meal - don't forget to make extra for a little snack or to make bubble and squeak afterwards)
Seasoning of your choice - My favourites are rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic granules, black pepper and sea salt
Frylight

1. Par-boil the prepared potatoes for 7-10 minutes and drain and allow to steam dry in the pan.
2. Shake them in the pan to roughen the edges and to help them crisp up.
3. Spray a roasting tin with Frylight and pour in the potatoes and make sure they are a single layer.
4. Spray with Frylight and season with your choice of herbs or spices.
5. Put potatoes in a pre-heated oven for approximately 50 minutes, turning occasionally and spraying on extra Frylight if needed until they are golden brown.
6. Serve immediately.

Enjoy x
