Sausage stew is a real family favourite and this one should be no exception. This recipe can be adjusted to make it hot, hot, hot. Smoky and spicy makes a fantastic alternative to the traditional sausage stew.

Ingredients
8 x Sainsburys Be Good To You Cumberland Sausages (Low Fat Frozen Quorn Sausages)
1 x Red Onion Diced
2 x Peppers (Mixed Colours) Sliced
1 x 250g Punnet Chestnut Mushrooms Sliced
2 x 415g Can Baked Beans
1 x 227g Can Chopped Tomatoes
1 x Tsp Garlic Granules
1 x Tsp Mild Chilli Powder (Medium/Hot)
1 x Sweet Smoked Paprika (Hot Smoked Paprika)
Chopped Parsley to serve
Frylight
1. Cook the sausages as packet instructions (only using Frylight and no other oil).
2. Spray a large pan with Frylight and fry on a medium heat the onion, peppers and mushrooms until softened and lightly golden.
3. Add the chilli powder, garlic granules and paprika and cook for a further 1 minute.
4. Add the baked beans and chopped tomatoes. Bring the pan to the boil then simmer for 3 minutes.
5. Slice up the cooked sausages and add to the spicy beans and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve sprinkled with the parsley and your favourite vegetables.
